An Introduction to the R.C.A Synthesizer

1964

Thursday 27 July 2006, by Rob Weale

In this article, the author discusses the programming control of the R.C.A Electronic Sound Synthesizer (Mark II). Although primarily technical in content, the author does offer the reader an interesting historical insight into some of the early questions (including those of composers) that were being raised concerning the development and use of this historically significant instrument.
