    Un partiel est un composant en fréquence du spectre qui n’est pas un entier multiple de la fondamentale, c’est-à-dire qu’il est une fréquence inharmonique.     A frequency component in a spectrum which is not an integer multiple of the fundamental, that is, it is an inharmonic overtone.
